Some more shots of my half finished Dark Brotherhood Assassin Cosplay from Katsucon, and the Skyrim group from Saturday night.

I had to leave the shoot early to meet some friends, but I had fun while I was there. If anybody has any other pictures I would love to see them! :O

Some cell phone photos of my Dark Brotherhood armor from Katsucon, taken by Undercover Silver

It’s not entirely completed, but for only really working on it for about 2 weeks I’m not disappointed with what I had finished.

I made a super rushed Sasha costume for dragon*con, and very quickly restyled my Pam wig for it. Turned out not too terrible, but needs work. I wish I had a pic of me with my coat on, hopefully one will turn up. :P

So at dragon*con I went to a bar as cursed Pam with my friend who was being Sookie and it turned out the bar had a resemblance to fangtasia!
Unfortunately we had no good camera, but we at least got one semi decent cell phone picture, haha.

My cosplay of my skyrim character, a Breton assassin named Elayne Dumare. I love this picture so much.

The scar make up on my cheek is pretty subtle, but I think it works really well for such a high quality shot. Its less in your face “THIS IS SCAR MAKE UP” and more realistic, I think.

We positively loved seeing these two more fashionable takes on superheroes at Katsucon the other weekend!  This Hawkeye and Mockingbird duo and the Harley Quinn cosplayers were great!  A++ would fangirl again.

You can check out some more cool costume over at Bria’s Cosplay Round Up for Tosche Station.

whitehotroom.com is where we make trouble.

Natalie, Christian you guys are so classy!

:O I wasn’t expecting pictures of these costumes since we were only in it for a little bit!

Here’s ScruffyHawkeye and I as formal Hawkeye and Mockingbird.

So Katsucon was pretty fun. :) Very chill since I didnt really feel like wearing a flashy costume, but fun! I was actually terrified that the costume I did make for this con would either not be done in time, or wouldnt be good enough to wear, but in the end I was fairly happy with it. (For a 2 week costume anyway)

Some people were asking what I looked like, and while I dont have any shots of the whole thing yet (but extremeboss took some absolutely gorgeous ones that I cant wait to see once she’s done), you might be able to tell from this crappy phone pic of my face if you ran into me or not.

(For those wondering I was my main player character from Skyrim)

I know I’ve shown a pic of me as a Buffy vamp before but this is different! This is a foam latex prosthetic that I made from start to finish. Meaning I cast my face, made the mold, painted it, and everything. It fits my face perfectly. Same for the teeth, I had to cast the inside of my mouth and sculpt the teeth so they could fit correctly. I could go to the bar and drink all night in them and they would not fall out. It’s all industry standard stuff. Super exciting (to me anyway, haha)

This particular appliance came out kind of thick, so thats why you can see the line where it ends, but I do have some thinner ones that I’m considering wearing on a sunday of a con or something. c:

If anybody is curious about how to do it,  Monster Makers sells both life casting kits and kits to make teeth. It is fairly pricey though.

Edit: Here’s a close up of the teeth. image

I went to a New Years party with a costume/masquerade theme, and decided to go as mockingbird since I had a dress that worked. I was pretty pleased with the result considering it was a closet cosplay. :3

Still want to do an actual Mockingbird costume one day, but it will have to wait until I’m a bit happier with my body, haha.
